Im lvl 22 and I have a mission that says I need to raise my popularity by like 26 percent.. Im currently at 17. Ive got the popularity signs, theres two until lvl 24 or something, and Ive bought them both.. Please help, and thank you for reading and responding.

To get popularity i think you have to give them more weed to smoke. At the start its important to advertise, you know. Show them that you got what they want.
Keep rolling and handing stuff out . Or buy a promoter and let him do the job for you.
